So, according to the Decree, in the period from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., catering outlets are allowed to work, provided that 100% of the personnel have a certificate of vaccination or a recovery from the disease. For this, it is necessary to send an application in any form to the Head of the Republic of Crimea with the attachment of documents confirming compliance with the requirements.

In addition, we remind you that accommodation in hotels, health resorts, boarding houses of persons over 18 years old is possible only with one of the following documents: a certificate or QR code of vaccination, received through the State Services Portal, or a certificate or QR code on a recovery from Covid-19 (valid 6 months after recovery). But now they have added express testing for the detection of the SARS-CoV-2 antigen, obtained not earlier than 72 hours before checking in.

It also became possible to perform express testing for the detection of SARS-CoV-2 antigen in children and their accompanying persons upon arrival at children's camps.

At the same time, theaters, cinemas, circus and other concert organizations of Crimea can operate when occupied no more than 70% of their total sitting capacity.

In addition, the Decree says that people over 60 years old are allowed to leave their place of residence (stay) if they have a certificate of being vaccinated against Covid-19 or a certificate of a recovery from the disease.
