This was announced by the Minister of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea Vadim Volchenko during the event.
"I suggest all the participants, speakers, profile associations to send your two-day work follow up proposals to the ministry for consideration and summarizing. You can send proposals to the official mail of the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea," Vadim Volchenko said at the plenary session "New History of Tourism: Challenges and Opportunities" within the framework of the Open Crimea forum, which took place on December 10-11 in Alushta.
The speakers at the plenary session in their speeches supported the minister's proposal. The forum was attended by representatives of Rostourism, the governments of Russian Federation and the Republic of Crimea, the city of Sevastopol, deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation and the State Council of the Republic of Crimea. As well as profile ministers and chairmen of committees from Moscow and St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad and Moscow regions, the Republic of Tatarstan, Krasnodar Territory and other regions. At the same time, representatives of federal tour operators, associations, unions and the owners of hotel businesses joined the forum.
The working program of the forum consisted of 3 sections, which included 40 speakers from 10 regions of Russia and 3 countries of the world. At the same time, the geography of participants amounted to almost to 60 regions of the Russian Federation: Moscow, St. Petersburg and Kaliningrad; Krasnodar, Stavropol and Altai Territories; Vladivostok, Irkutsk, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Nizhniy Novgorod, Voronezh, Volgograd, Kostroma; Republic of Tatarstan and others.
During two days experts from the hospitality industry and government representatives held a number of panel discussions and business sections, exchanged best practices, outlined the main directions for the development and discussed the formation of new vectors of the tourism market within the framework of the Tourism National Project.
More than 7 thousand participants watched the online broadcast of the Open Crimea Forum. The forum was broadcast on leading information resources − RIA Novosti and RBC Petersburg with multimillion audiences, on the Tourism portal of the Republic of Crimea (with the chat for questions), as well as on the YouTube Vesti Krym channel and on the official Facebook page of the Ministry of Resorts.
