The development of an event calendar for next year in Yalta is in full swing: this is done so that tourists could in advance plan their arrival by the time of the event that interests them. Fortunately, in the resort capital such events are organized in an enviable regularity all year round, said the Minister of Resorts and Tourism of Crimea Vadim Volchenko.

"The southern capital of Crimea should become not just a resort city, but a real center of event tourism. Only here, in Yalta, our guests can find not only a unique combination of sea and mountains, giving a chance to relax and breathe fresh air, but also to attend numerous glaring events. We have planned about 40 large-scale festivals and holidays, both traditional and completely new", — said Vadim Volchenko.

For example, in April in the Nikitsky Botanical Garden, the Tulip Parade, loved by many residents and guests of the peninsula, starts. In late April and early May, the international "Road to Yalta" festival will take place, where popular variety performers will take part.

In June Yalta will hold the "FREERIGHT: Day of Happy Flying" festival for the first time. The XII International "Great Russian Word" festival will also be held in June. There is something to please lovers of "speedy legs":  on May 30 the resort capital of Crimea will for the first time host the country's largest "Zabeg. RF" "half marathon", which simultaneously starts in 85 parts of the Russian Federation.

In autumn, everyone will be able to attend the "Together" XX International Television Forum, the "Eurasian Bridge" − V Yalta International Film Festival and the "Theater. Chekhov. Yalta" international theater festival. In addition, the Nikitsky Botanical Garden will open its doors again, this time inviting to the Ball of Chrysanthemums. At the end of October a "Yalta Multinational" international festival of languages will be held jointly with the Humanitarian and Pedagogical Academy.
