A nationwide study by Biletix (online travel service) among individual travelers who had spent their holidays this summer in Crimea, showed that more than three-quarters of respondents are so satisfied with it that they are ready to return to the peninsula next summer.

The absolute majority of tourists − 81% − are ready to recommend the peninsula as a summer holiday destination to their families and friends. It is significant that over the past three years the index of tourists’ satisfaction with holidays in Crimea has been growing dynamically. It can be judged from the results of the Biletix study. Thus, in 2017 slightly more than 60% of vacationers were ready to recommend their holidays in Crimea, in 2018 − more than 70%.

These data are confirmed by a survey of the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea, in which six thousand guests took part. More than 90% of them expressed their intention to return again to Crimea for recreation and to recommend holidays on the peninsula to their relatives and friends.

According to the results of the 2019 summer season, most of all in Crimea the tourists liked the beauty of nature, favorable climate, comfort on the beaches, excursion services, hospitality of local residents, as well as transport accessibility and quality of food.
