"The Sails of Sevastopol" − Festival of water sports

"The Kafa Shield" Historical Fencing Tournament-Festival
When: October 5-6
Where: Theodosia
The festival will be held on the city promenade. The participants will be more than 50 reconstructors from different regions of Russia. The organizers will recreate the atmosphere of the 13-15 centuries − with a tiltyard, knights' flags, church banners and a tavern, where you can taste delicious food and historical drinks. And the participants of the event will arrange spectacular fights.
"ART-BUKTA" (art(illery) bay) International Festival of professional dance theaters

Where: Sevastopol
This event will gether in Sevastopol the best dance theaters in the country. Five troupes will present their programs: Sevastopol Theater, Gzhel Dance Theater (from Moscow), Dance Theater (from Yekaterinburg) and Astrakhan Dance Theater. They work in various styles: ballet, ballroom and pop dance, folk and modern choreography.
"Great Sebastopol Trail" Festival

This event will be held at the Parus rock and will bring together professionals and fans of active types of tourism. The program includes demonstrations and master classes in rock climbing, mountaineering, slackline and rope jumping. The sites "Mountaineering", "Speleology", "Rock Climbing", "Rescuers", "Orienteering" will be prepared there. In addition, the Via Ferrata hiking route is provided – from the top of Delikli-Burun over the rocky ridge to Ilyas-Kaya Mountain.
"Alushta.Green" Festival
When: October 18-19
Where: Alushta
This festival will be held on the embankment of the Professor's Corner. Workshops of artisans will be open there: residents and guests of Alushta will have an opportunity to make under the guidance of professionals by their own hands costumes of fantastic animals and unusual masks. A hip-hop laboratory will also work there, where they will hold master-classes in freestyle, break-dance, DJing and street drums. And three eco-stations will be opened: Re-Pair − a free workshop for repairing old things, Re-Use − a distribution point for reusable things instead of disposable ones, Re-Cycle − a zone where the visitors will be informed about garbage recycling in Crimea.
"Chekhov Autumn" International Literary Festival
When: October 21-24
Where: Yalta
This festival will be held at three venues − in the Yalta Center of Culture, the Chekhov Theater and the House-Museum of the writer. The program includes literary and song contests, the "Crimean Muse" poetic ring, master classes from writers, etc. At the same time, participants and guests of the festival will be offered to go on excursions to the Livadia Palace and the Chekhov House-Museum.
Crimean Festival of Coffee and Food
When: October 25-26
Where: Simferopol
There will be a special program for the guests of the festival: a training part, with a choice of seminars and tastings, as well as entertainment. Visitors will learn different ways of making coffee of different kinds, and where to find a quality drink in Crimea.
