Camping by the sea
You can get to Ai-Petri from Yalta (traffic is prohibited only for buses and trucks). To do this, you need to drive in the direction of Sevastopol along the South Coast Highway to reach the turn to Bakhchisaray. Do not miss it:  the sign informs that this is the way to cross the Ai-Petri plateau. This road is strewn with serpentines. The approximate travel time is 45-50 minutes.

For visual aid we advise motorists to use Yandex.Maps application, where the blocked area is marked in red.

The condition of the Sokolinoyeh − Ai-Petri road deteriorated due to landslides, "activated" by heavy rains. It is planned to repair the roadbed, culverts and drainage trays, protective engineering structures. The deadlines for completing the work are 2023-2025. But now the section of that road from Sokolinoyeh to the famous Silver Streams Waterfall and the Grand Canyon of Crimea is still open.
