So how is the Gastro Fest organized? During the month, participating restaurants − and there will be 25 of them − prepare dishes according to the topic announced by the organizers. This time the topic sounds simple and inspiringly: "Spring". The visitors − residents and guests of the city − come to any of the restaurants participating in the gastro fest to taste thematic sets. 

"Despite difficult times, we still decided to hold our event to support our guests and staff teams. Spring for us is the return of nature to life, warmth, sun, the first seasonal products, fresh herbs and flavors. And the visitors will have to discover the spring theme in their dishes. As always, seasonality and locality are in priority. Given that the festival in terms of timing coincides with the Lent, we also offered restaurants to develop options for those who adhere to fasting," the organizer of Gastro Fest Denis Plakaturov told the Travel Crimea Portal.

The price of a lent set will be 1,190 rubles (about $ 11.90), usual – 1,390 rubles (about $ 13.90). One set usually consists of 4 to 6 dishes, including dessert. 

As always, the description of the sets is kept secret until the start of the festival: all the information appears on the site sevgastrofest.ru on the night of March 19. But already now in the VKontakte social network event group you can find a list of participating restaurants.
