The analytical service of the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR) analyzed the cost of tours to Russian and foreign resorts at the end of September, based on the data of the 1001 Tour federal network of travel agencies. Crimea is also in the rating.
The minimum and average prices were checked on the evening of September 16. Package tours for two with a departure on September 19-25 and with a 10-night stay were under consideration. The package cost included air travel, accommodation and meals (depending on the tour program).

So, according to analysts, in the rating of minimum prices, Crimea took 4th place: the cheapest tour there on these dates can be bought for 28 287 rubles (about $ 377), with breakfast (we are talking about a health resort and hotel complex in Yalta, 2* level). Compared to the end of August, the minimum prices for the Crimean vacation decreased by 45.8%. Among the regions with lowest prices Crimea goes fourth sfter Abkhazia, Anapa and Sochi. Kaliningrad took fifth place.
"Beach tour packages with departure at the end of September are more popular among couples, singles and young people: mass holiday-makers – family with children – mostly leave the resorts before the start of the school year," they added at ATOR.

In addition experts have compiled a rating of average prices for a quality beach leisure in popular resorts at the end of September (dates, conditions and terms are the same), and here Crimea took first place: in the tourist and recreation complex of Eupatoria, you can relax for 34 380 rubles (about $ 458), with breakfast. The Krasnodar Territory and Abkhazia follow Crimea.
"The drop in prices compared to the end of August and the beginning of September in popular places in the South of Russia is insignificant, but the prices are dynamic and change every hour," the ATOR summed up.
