What is the Non-Resort Romance about

A culinary TV show about a happy family life is filmed on the stage of the Moscow Art Theater. Seven happy wives from Sochi have been invited to participate in the program this time, although, as it turns out, not all of them are from Sochi, not all of them are happy and not all of them are wives… And the show went wrong… Famous theater and film actresses Alika Smekhova, Irina Lindt, Larisa Nekipelova, Alisa Grebenshchikova and others act in the play.

What is Crazy Jourdain about

Jourdain is rich, and life seems to be a success, only the social origin lets him down. Oh, how a rootless rich man wants to become an aristocrat! Or at least look like an aristocrat. And as soon as the protagonist just hints about his desires, there appear some scoundrels who are ready to teach him for money to eat, drink, talk and walk like a nobleman, and in the end they will convince him that he is now a spitting image of an aristocrat!

What is It's Not All Shrovetide for the Cat about

Merchant life, merchant morals and passions boiling around money − this play contains everything for which we love Ostrovsky as a playwright. And of course, there is also the true hero of his and our time:  a rich man, a tyrant, a semi-literate arbiter of destinies, confident that the world revolves around him. But there are moments when a presumptuous rich man suddenly realizes that not everything can be bought for money.

What is the Stardust about

When you are over thirty, youthful maximalism passes, and you stop dreaming of conquering the world. There comes a moment when you realize that you have not achieved anything special in life, you live with a wife who is not so perfect, you work at an unloved job. And suddenly it turns out that in the name of saving planet Earth you must fly away with the aliens. Forever and ever. And no, this is not a prank.

The history of the Moscow Gorky Art Theater accounts for more than 120 years. On October 14, 1898, the Public Art Theater (since 1901 − the Moscow Art Theater) was opened in Moscow with the premiere of a play based on Alexei Tolstoy's play Fyodor Ioannovich, the Tsar. Actor and director Konstantin Stanislavsky and famous playwright and teacher Vladimir Nemirovich-Danchenko became the founders and leaders of the Theatrical Joint-Stock Company.
