The new service on the portal of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea, developed in accordance with the instructions of the Head of Crimea Sergei Aksyonov, makes it possible for everyone to leave feedback about vacations in Crimea, to outline the problematic issues or to assess infrastructural changes in any specific place and on the peninsula as a whole. In addition, it helps to determine the popularity rating of the Crimean districts and places.

The service includes several options:

  • Frequently Asked Questions − the answers to which can be read on the Travel Portal of the Republic of Crimea in a special section. The hotline number is also there, at which you can get all the information of interest on-line.
  • Leave a review of your vacations in Crimea − this section allows you to share your impressions of your stay in a selected part of the Republic. To leave a review, a tourist needs to write a comment on the VK page of the selected municipality.
  • All roads lead to Crimea − survey of the guests’ opinions. Here tourists can fill in a questionnaire and leave the most complete information about their vacation.

As the Ministry emphasized, such a survey is conducted annually in an offline format (by filling in a questionnaire). This is done by the staff of the Crimean Tourist Center at Simferopol airport and the staff of the hot line of the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea at the railway station. The survey is also carried out by the administrations of municipalities and accommodation facilities. But this year, for the convenience of tourists, the survey is being carried out in the online format.
