The park is planned to stretch on an area of 600 hectares.
"Within the framework federal target program (FTP) financing will be allocated for the creation of a tourist park of 600 hectares in the Saki district between the villages of Shtormovoyeh and Vitino. By the end of 2021, the evaluation of necessary budget investments will be completed to substantiate the amount of funds to be allocated for supporting engineering infrastructure: roads, electricity, water and gas supply," Aksyonov said.
In case of a positive decision by the Russian government to include the project in the FTP, design and survey works are planned to begin in 2022. According to preliminary estimates, the implementation of the project will create more than 40 thousand places for accommodation of tourists and more than 30 thousand jobs.

Also, the Crimean authorities plan to develop a beach area near Eupatoria on an area of 77 hectares. In particular, a feasibility study is under way for the implementation of the Golden Sands of Russia complex project. Based on the results of the feasibility study, a proposal will be prepared to the government of the Russian Federation on the allocation of financing for the development of this territory.
"The implementation of the project will create 20 thousand additional places for beach recreation, 5 thousand places for tourists in the camping format, 6.5 thousand parking lots. From 5 to 10 thousand jobs will be created. The cluster will be able to welcome up to half a million tourists a year," Aksyonov said.
Legalization of small accommodation facilities is also a topical issue. More than 9 thousand of such households have been identified in the resort regions. In addition, a number of measures are currently being implemented in Crimea to create new accommodation facilities.
