The event will be held in Sevastopol from March 18 to 21. A program of short films will be presented at the forum. Those are the films of the winners and laureates of the 40th International VGIK (All-Russian State Institute of Cinematography) Festival for Students, which took place in November 2020 in Moscow.

"Viewers will have an opportunity to see on the big screen short feature films, documentaries and animation films by young directors from nine countries. The forum participants are students from Russia, Canada, Iran, Israel, India, Poland, Brazil, Peru, Croatia," the press service specified.
Awarding of foreign participants of the VGIK festival will take place at the gala opening of the forum in the Sevastopol Center for Culture and Arts.
"The Rossiya cinema hall will host showing of full-length domestically produced films, which were filmed in Crimea. Viewers will be able again to see on the big screen the films from the Golden Fund of Russian cinema. The showing program will include the Anna Karenina film, which will be presented by director Karen Shakhnazarov. The audience will be able to discuss with director Garik Sukachev his House of the Sun film. Chupacabra film by director-debutant Grigory Kolomiytsev produced by the VGIK-Debut studio, the world premiere of which took place at the International Film Festival in San Sebastian in September 2020, will be shown," the press service informed.
Master classes with the actor and director Alexander Galibin and with the rector of the Rome Film School, Adriano De Santis for participants and guests of the forum are also planned. Animated films showing is planned for the youngest viewers. In addition, excursions around the Hero city of Sevastopol will be organized for the forum participants.

The opening ceremony of the forum will be held on March 18 at the Sevastopol Center for Culture and Arts. The presenters will be the theater and film actress Aglaya Shilovskaya and the student of the VGIK actors’ faculty Yegor Vorontsov. At the ceremony, the Styliagie BAND cover group will perform the most popular hits of the Russian and world cinema.
