Livadia Palace launches evening immersive tours 'Livadia. A New World Was Being Created Here.' They will allow guests to plunge into the atmosphere of the most important historical event − the Crimean (Yalta) Conference of 1945.
According to the press service of the palace, visitors will learn many interesting details and nuances from the history of the famous meeting of the Big Three, look into the offices of Franklin Roosevelt and Winston Churchill, and take pictures in the center of the Italian courtyard and even pick memorable gifts.
"Accompanied by the host, the guests will visit the halls where the negotiations took place at the Yalta Conference, hear about details from the correspondence and negotiations of the three leaders, find out who the Argonauts, Uncle Joe, Mister No were, how they used to dress for the 'Roosevelt weather' and what was served to the table for the participants of the famous meeting in Yalta," the guide said.
Tours will take place on Mondays and Thursdays at 08:00 p.m. An adult ticket price is 900 rubles (about $ 15), you can buy it on the website of the palace-museum. Children admitted for free.
