Crimean accommodation facilities and a popular youth festival participate in the Route Is Built Award. This is a project of the Komsomolskaya Pravda media group to support development of domestic tourism and traveling. The award is backed by the Federal Tourism Agency.
Crimea is presented in three nominations out of 15. We tell you which nominees claim the title of the best.
According to the website of the Award, nominees from Crimea are the Yalta health resorts Foros Wellness & Park and the Palmira Palace hotel, the Saki health resort and medical Nature Clinic (works on the premises of the Alushta More Spa & Resort hotel) participate in the Place of Power nomination.
More Spa & Resort (Alushta) is competing for the title of the best hotel of the year in the Art of Hospitality nomination.
And Tavrida.ART is presented in the Event of the Year nomination − the festival of renovation leaders which annually gathers creative and talented youth from all over Russia in Kapsel Bay near Sudak.
Vote for the participants on the project website. You can do this until 12:00 March, 31. By the way, despite the fact that the voting has already started, the admittance of those wishing to take part in the Route Is Built contest continues. It will last until March, 10. Therefore, it is possible that the list of Crimean nominees may expand.
In each nomination, a winner will be selected from the finalists. This will be done by the jury, which will include experts − representatives of the Federal Tourism Agency, the Russian Geographical Society, and the Komsomolskaya Pravda media group.
The winners in each nomination will be announced and awarded in April. The organizers of the award will announce the dates of these events later.
