Tourists believe that Crimea has the most delicious ethnic food in Russia. This is evidenced by the survey of the Tvil.ru Russian booking site.
According to the analysts, 25% of polled social media users prefer Crimean dishes.
"The ethnic cuisine of the Crimea and the North Caucasus is in the lead in the rating of the most popular among travelers. 25 % of tourists come to Crimea to try fried red mullet, Karaite kibins and other dishes. Another 23 % of gourmets eat plenty of Caucasian kebabs, homemade cheese and other dishes of the North Caucasus," the experts of the service specified.
Also, the top ten regions with the most delicious ethnic food included Tatarstan (15%), Bashkiria (7.5%), Krasnodar Territory (7.5%), Primorsky Territory (7.5%), Murmansk Region (5%), Kalmykia (5%), Karelia (2.5%), Altai Republic and Altai Territory (2.5%).
