Earlier in the region the restrictive measures were strengthened due to the epidemic situation. The work of food outlets after 11:00 p.m. was banned. Later, amendments were made to the Decree on high alert. They permit restaurants, cafes, bars, canteens, canteens, snack bars and other food outlets to operate from 11:00 p.m. to 08:00 a.m., provided that all employees are vaccinated. To obtain permission, the owner should submit an application to the Head of the Republic of Crimea with relevant documents attached. In addition, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade should be provided with round-the-clock online access to CCTV cameras.

The names of businesses that are allowed to work at night are published on the government portal. At the moment, 19 food outlets in the Yalta municipality can serve visitors around the clock, 10 in Theodosia, 8 in Simferopol, 7 in Greater Alushta, 7 in Kerch and 7 in Eupatoria, 4 in Shchyolkino, 3 in Sudak and 3 in Chernomorskoyeh. Also, three enterprises received permission in Razdolniy, Simferopol and Bakhchisaray Districts.
