In addition, in Simferopol and Simferopol district, Yalta and Alushta the work of discos, karaoke clubs, hookah, nightclubs, concert and dance halls, including those on the territory of catering outlets, is prohibited. It is forbidden to organize balls for graduates there, occupancy of cinema and theaters should be not more than 50% of their seating capacity. Selling food and non-food products in cinemas was also forbidden.

Restaurants, cafés, bars, canteens, snack bars and buffets are prohibited to work from 11:00 p.m. to 08:00 a.m., with the exception of takeaway and delivery service. This restriction does not apply to catering outlets on the venues of public transportation infrastructure facilities.

In accordance with the document the ban on work of entertainment centers, including those for children on weekends and holidays, was prolonged until September 1. Fairs, master classes, lotteries and draws in shopping centers are also prohibited until autumn.
