All-Russia Open Crimea Tourist Forum
The spring session of the Forum has brought together participants from 63 regions of the Russian Federation. Their participation was in online format. They were representatives of tour businesses and authorities from Krasnodar territory, Irkutsk, Novgorod, Volgograd, Archangelsk, Pskov, Yaroslav and some other regions, Yevreyskaya autonomous region, Republics of: Tatarstan, Buryatiya, North Osetiya, Chuvashiya, Ingushetiya and Mariy El.

For two days the broadcasting of the Forum was viewed by about 7 thousand participants.  More than 1 thousand participant visited 8 section events of the Forum in the offline format. 

The Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov took part in the Forum. He visited the section "Personnel as the key component of the tourism industry of the future". 

"We have been given a task to develop programs for students from school to higher education establishments for more detailed study of touristic potential, historic heritage of Crimea, for development of hospitality and homeland environment protection.  At the sessions of experts the participants of the Forum discussed all the urgent issues:  global trends in the post-COVID reality, price formation issues, HR and tour guides licensing," the Minister of Resorts and Tourism Vadim Volchenko said.      

Within the framework of the Forum the awarding of the Open Crimea Exhibition participants took place. At the ceremony the awards were bestowed on administrations of resort places of the Crimean peninsula, tour businesses (accommodation facilities, restaurants, main tour operators and tour agencies, events organizers), as well as producers of equipment and goods for the tour industry – both from Crimea and beyond.  

The first-comers to the Open Crimea Exhibition were the Ministry of Tourism and Health Resorts of the Stavropol territory, united museums of Tula region.  All they received diplomas "For the impressive debut". One more debutant was "Abkhazia Tourism Union".  In total there were more than 50 exhibitors. 

The Open Crimea Forum took place in Alushta, April 15-16.  This is the main event of the tourist industry, organized twice a year by the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Crimea Republic with the support from the Federal Tourism Agency.  The main mission if the Forum is to plan and then to sum up the results of high season.  With regard to the epidemic situation, the 2021 Forum merged online and offline events.
