The Head of the Ministry of Resorts also said that starting this year the concept of seasonal moorage places for small-sized boats will be eliminated ― the concept of rental points has been introduced. Their number and location will be documented.  

"Each jet ski, pleasure boat or other vessel will be assigned to year-round marinas under control of the municipal authorities, the Ministry of Emergency and Rostransnadzor (consumer protection authority). They will be able to monitor and instantly identify illegal business with small-sized vessels and ensure their relocation to the marinas organized by municipalities," the Minister said.
