"As of October 8, the drop in passenger traffic in comparison with the same period last year (from January 1 to October 8) amounted to about 500 thousand. During the same time period, there were almost 3 thousand inbound and outbound flights less than in 2019", — the press service noted.
At the same time, they added at the air hub, this summer it was possible to maintain an extensive route network of flights. Like last year, flights were made to 56 destinations. For the first time in the airport history, a direct flight to Vladivostok was launched, and after a pause of several years, flights to Irkutsk, Khabarovsk and Pskov were resumed.
