People of the Sea Art Picnic in Yalta: what is new there for the guests

On September 26 in Yalta on the Massandra beach there will be a traditional People of the Sea Art Picnic. The event will mark the official closing of the beach season and the start of the fishing season, organizers informed.
Apart from traditional creative platforms, new performances wait for the guests: "Chekhov and the Sea", "Art for the Sea", "Market of the Former and the New Ones", "Let's Support the Local One".
Thus, "Chekhov and the Sea" location will unite a library, a photo zone (which will "implement the air of the Chekhov's garden of eternal spring"), a movie of the late 19th century, as well as "live" encounter wih the writer and his spouse Olga Knipper.
"The writer Anton Chekhov's House-Museum in Yalta, together with the "Y'm City" company, invites us to the most, perhaps, amazing journey through time. Audio walk through the present and past of the coastal city. The guest will comfortably sit back in soft armchairs and for 10 minutes surf the memories, experiences and fantasies. Let's meet Anton Chekhov himself and, perhaps, learn something new about ourselves. This is an adventure that has no analogues in Crimea", — the Massandra beach administration is convinced.
The second premiere venue, Art for the Sea, will make visitors think about the damage we inflict on the environment every day. Art objects, a photo exhibition, virtual reality, master classes, quizzes with prizes, DJ sets — all of this will "tell" about how and why you need to live ecologically.
In is turn, the Market of the Former and New Ones fashion-location, where new and old designer objects will be presented, will allow guests to change their image. A professional stylist will help with the choice, and a makeup artist will masterfully complete your image. Also, interesting lectures on the topic of fashion and beauty will be held on this site.
The "Let's Support the Local One" market will surely be of interest to the guests: local farmers and producers of "craft food" will become participants in the project: cheese dairies, producers of tea, honey and confectionery products. Farm products can be tasted on the spot or bought to take home. Everyone may also attend the gastronomic lecture hall.
But that is not all yet. The popular Underwood group, the headliner of the art picnic, will be in charge of the driving music. And the aesthetic content of the holiday will be an exhibition of paintings by Crimean artists, which will decorate the beach promenade.
"Markets of various orientations traditionally prepare for you both gastronomic pleasures and handmade designer items: dishes, clothes, accessories, jewelry, toys, household goods, souvenirs and gifts", — the organizers summed up, adding that the start of the art picnic will be at 12:00 a.m.
