The Head of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov made amendments to the Decree of March 17, 2020 No. 63-y on the high readiness regime on the territory of the Republic of Crimea (due to the coronavirus).
According to the document with the amendments, published on the government's portal, at the end of August and at the beginning of September three festivals, which are significant for the peninsula, are allowed − they are Koktebel Jazz Party, Rap Koktebel and Tavrida-ART.

"The subparagraph (4.1) does not apply to the XVIII Koktebel Jazz Party international festival, August 21 to 23, 2020, the Rap Koktebel festival of youth rap culture and music, August 25, 2020, and the Tavrida-ART festival of creative communities, September 2 to 6, 2020", − the document says.
We remind you that currently, due to the continuing threat of the spread of coronavirus infection in Crimea, a ban on holding mass events, including cultural, entertainment and sports, is still in effect.
