This year the international high diving competition will take place in Yalta. The participants will be Russian sportsmen, as well as the best representatives of this sport from more than seven countries of the world.
The world series in the resort capital of Crimea is scheduled for August 22. RIA Novosti writes about this with reference to the President of the Russian Federation of High Diving Alexei Vlasenko.

"Our leaders Artyom Silchenko and Igor Semashko will take part in the competition. We hope that all the best will come to take part, including Gary Hunt (Great Britain). We are waiting for representatives of France, Romania, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Great Britain and other countries, the sportsmen have already expressed a desire to take part in these competitions", — Vlasenko said.
Earlier, the World Series for this sport was canceled due to the situation with the spread of the coronavirus.
