"Sunny Island" − open festival of cinema for children and families 

When: August 31 − September 5 

Where: Eupatoria 

The festival will bring together popular Russian actors, directors, screenwriters, producers, cameramen and music composers. Among them there will be Dmitry Kharatyan, Irina Muravyova, Sergey Makhovikov, Natalya Bondarchuk, Anatoly Vasiliev, Sergey Nikonenko, Boris Grachevsky and others.

"Live in Blue Bay" Jazz Festival 

When: September 6-8 

Where: Koktebel 

The event will bring together hundreds of famous musicians from Russia, the USA and Italy. Performances will take place on four different stages of various formats.  

Festival of author’s song "Balaklava holidays"

When: September 6-8 

Where: Sevastopol

The event will be attended by performers from different countries. Concerts will be held on the Mikhailovsky Battery Square, the "Rakooshka" (Shell) summer stage at Primorsky Boulevard and in the Akhmatova park.

"Together" International Television Forum 

When: September 6-12

Where: Yalta 

The works of the event participants will be shown on the Yalta quay promenade, in the cinema halls of the Yalta-Intourist Hotel, Saturn-IMAX and the Humanitarian and Pedagogical Academy. There will be nominations in two competitions: "Television Programs and Films" and "Television Feature Films".

"Crimean Tulumbasy" festival-contest of cossack culture 

When: September 7-8 

Where: Nikolayevka, Simferopol

The program includes "Cossack cuisine" and "Best Kuren" contests, a championship in sabre chopping, "Cossack Pentathlon", wrestling on a log, concerts and much more.

"Russian Troy" international war history festival 

When: September 7-9

Where: Sevastopol

The most spectacular parts of the event will be the reconstruction of episodes of the Crimean (Eastern) war battles. There will be several venues and an exhibition, master classes and an organ and chorus concert.

Crimean Military History Festival

When: September 7-15

Where: Sevastopol

Guests of the event will be able to visit a "Retro Beach" and a disco in the style of the 80s, take a guided tour of the significant places of the Crimean (Eastern) War, ride a trolley-bus with Indians, gold diggers and antique warriors, etc. In addition, there will be historical sites dedicated to different epochs, from Antiquity to the 20th century.  

"Bridges of Peoples" festival of ethnic cultures 

When: September 12-15

Where: Nikolayevka, Alushta 

The event will bring together 13 folklore ensembles from 12 republics of the country. Each will show traditional cultures of various peoples inhabiting Russia.

"Harvest Celebration" festival 

When: September 14-15

Where: Koktebel

At the event Crimean agricultural producers will offer the guests their authentic products: wine, cheese, seafood, fruits, vegetables, honey, tea and much more.

"Sailing Week of Sevastopol" − festival of water sports 

When: September 15-22

Where: Sevastopol

The program includes flyboard and aquabike competitions, a parade, défilé and waltz of yachts, a theatrical performance with the "Khersones" sailing ship, an exhibition of paintings by the sea scape artists, the "Taste of the Sea" gastronomic programme, and more.  

"Meeting with the Youth" festival of author’s song 

When: September 19-21

Where: Alushta

As a part of the event, the bard carnival and a reminiscent concert will be held, at which the authors will perform both cherished oldies and new songs. In addition, the authors will perform songs upon request.

The event is an exhibition and presentation of the best samples of still and sparkling wines, cognac and other wine products made in Crimea.
