But for the first time in thirteen years (so far back the tradition of spring tulip parade began) tulips are not waiting for guests in the NBG. However, they are ready to present their beauty, inspire and make fall in love with themselves at a distance. And the artists, who “paint” pictures with lenses of their photo cameras, can help.
