Now you can get answers to these and other questions online right from your computer or smartphone: to help vacationers, the Tourist Information Center of Crimea has launched an online consultant. We'll tell you how it works.
The Tourist Information Center (TIC, based at Simferopol Airport) is a service that provides residents and guests of the peninsula with up-to-date information about local tourism products. The TIC also helps tourists to find out which excursion route to choose for their trip, which sights are there in a particular city, which accommodation place is better to stay at, which children's camp is best for your child, etc. TIC employees also advise on the operation of public transport and food outlets. Tourists can also learn from them about events held in Crimea.
Now everyone can ask all questions online and quickly get answers to them − through online chat on the website of the Crimean Tourist Center and on the Travel Crimea Portal of the Republic of Crimea.

The Tourist Information Center (along with the Travel Crimea Portal and the Hot Line) is part of the Crimean Republican Tourist Center, which is a subsidiary of the Ministry of Resorts of the Republic of Crimea. The TIC has been operating in the tourism market for more than 15 years and it is a member of the National Association of Tourist Information Organizations, whose employees work according to the uniform standards and methodological recommendations.
