The program is designed to attract new investment projects to Crimea, to ensure the construction of modern accommodation facilities and to optimize the price/quality ratio of recreation in the region. 

According to Aksyonov, more than 80 accommodation facilities have been repaired and reconstructed in Crimea by the 2021 season. And this program will help us attract new investment projects to the region and give an additional stimulus to the development of Crimea as a whole.

"I am confident that these indicators will grow. New support mechanisms will help us attract new investment projects to the region, and in the long run change the situation in the health-resort and and recreational sector by launching competition mechanisms that affect the price/quality ratio of recreation. All this will give an additional incentive to the development of the Republic as a whole," the Head of Crimea said. 

Vadim Volchenko, Minister of Resorts and Tourism of Crimea, is also convinced of the break-through development of the region's economy.

"The Government of Crimea, together with the Federal Agency for Tourism, has been lobbying for a long time and at all levels expanding of availability of financial resources for the hotel industry to eliminate the main constraints on the renovation of the existing and construction of new accommodation facilities. And with the synergistic effect of the tourism industry, which develops up to 50 related industries, we count on a break-through development in the economy of the region as a whole," the Head of the Ministry of Resorts of the Republic of Crimea said. 

The Head of the Republic added that the authorized bank for the implementation of the RF Government Resolution No. 141 was RNKB. The bank's specialists have already received 11 preliminary applications for project and investment financing of enterprises in the recreational and resort industry for a total of 26 billion rubles.

"Criteria are being developed at the regional level to create additional preferences for large investment projects in resort territories. The Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea is entrusted to coordinate interaction of business with banks and federal structures," the Head of Crimea concluded.
