"Now we will formulate a permit for excursion activities of organized groups of up to 15 people in the open air in compliance with sanitary and epidemiological standards in the vehicles − we are talking about buses on which the group travels from place to place," said the Governor of Sevastopol Mikhaïl Razvozhaev.

Educational process in schools, sports and additional education groups will also resume their activities from January 18.

In addition, from February 1, the local authorities plan to allow theaters and cinema halls with a 30% occupancy rate.

All other restrictive measures, including masking in shopping malls and transport, limited operation of catering outlets, a ban on mass cultural events, as well as a certificate of the Covid-19 test upon check-in at hotels, remain in effect until the end of January.
