Airline tickets for New Year's holidays in Russia cost customers about 15% less than a year ago. This was reported by specialists of the Tutu.ru trip and travel service, having studied the data on tickets with departures from December 25 to January 10.
So, according to experts, Moscow-Simferopol and St. Petersburg-Simferopol flights were included in the rating of the most popular air destinations for the winter holidays. But if with the second route a significant decrease in the average price was recorded (-23% from 15,598-12,002 rubles, that is $ 208-160), with the first route, on the contrary, there was an insignificant increase (+1% to 9,903-10,020 rubles, that is $ 132-134).
In addition, in the TOP of popular air destinations on New Year's holidays there are also Moscow-St. Petersburg, Moscow-Novosibirsk, St. Petersburg-Kaliningrad, Moscow-Mineralnye Vody, St. Petersburg-Krasnodar with the largest decrease in the average price compared to last year.
