Experts from the Russian accommodation booking service Tvil.ru named the most popular resorts for seaside holidays in the early autumn. As it turned out, seven out of ten top cities are in Crimea.
"Yalta, Eupatoria, Alushta, Theodosia, Sudak, Sevastopol and Alupka in Crimea, as well as Sochi, Anapa and Gelendzhik in Krasnodar territory, made up the TOP TEN popular cities for recreation in the velvet season on the sea shore of the Russian Federation", — the press service of the Tvil.ru informed.
Tourists book a seaside velvet season vacation for a period of 8 to 11 nights and are expected to pay from 1.7 to 3.1 thousand rubles ($ 24-44) rent per day. The Russians plan to spend the longest time in Eupatoria.
Popular destinations were ranked based on tourist vacation rental bookings for the period from September 1 to October 31, 2020.
