Experts identified the regions of Russia which are the most popular for holidays in health resorts this summer. Crimea is among the first three.
The TourStat Tourist portal has compiled a rating of resorts and regions of our country for therapeutic and recreational holidays in health resorts this summer. The list is compiled according to the demand for such a vacation by the Sanatorium-Russia.rf service.
"Sochi and Anapa in the Krasnodar Territory and the resorts of Crimea, as well as Kislovodsk and Pyatigorsk in the Stavropol Territory are among the top five popular resorts for holidays in health resorts this summer. Resorts in Bashkiria and Altai Mountains are also among the top 10 for summer vacations in health resorts", — the experts said.
According to them, tourists are willing to pay an average of 2.4 thousand rubles per day for accommodation, meals and medicinal treatment in health resorts in Crimea, 2.5 thousand rubles in Anapa, and from 3.1 up to 3.3 thousand rubles in the resorts of the Caucasian Mineral Waters in Stavropol, in Sochi — 2.8 thousand rubles.
