Waldemar Herdt, a lawmaker from the Bundestag's committee on international relations, has already officially confirmed his participation," Gempel said.

He specified that the German delegation would also hold visits to different areas of the Crimean peninsula. Apart from other things, it will contribute to arrangement of a lapidarium near a catholic church in a village in Simferopol Region.

"Alternative for Germany if one of the most promising parties, and it is primed for dialogue with Russia, including on Crimea. We will develop bilateral relations in the interests of our two states," Gempel added.
