Aivazovskoye Park is located at the bottom of Mount Medved and is part of the Aivazovskoye health resort. Established in the 1960s, it was later neglected. Famous landscape architect Anatoly Annenkov began to work on the park in 2003. Crimean myths and legends became the park's new theme. Today it has some places devoted to the history of Taurida (Crimean's ancient name), Alexander Pushkin, Ivan Aivazovsky and peoples of Crimea. The park also has a Japanese garden on an area of 1 hectare.
