The oldest trees in the park are 300 to 500 years old, and its area is 23 hectares. Today, the park has about 300 species of coniferous and evergreen trees, magnolias, cypresses, and hydrangeas. The Sosnovaya Roshcha health resort and the Chair summerhouse, which belonged to the Romanov dynasty before 1917, are located in the park.
