In Simferopol, in the building of the Krymtrolleybus State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea, there is a unique museum dedicated to the history of Simferopol tramway and Crimean trolleybus.
The exposition will tell the guests about the launch of the first tram in the Crimean capital in 1914, about the history of the construction of the first road to the South Coast in the middle of 19th century, the Europe’s only and the world’s longest mountain trolleybus route Simferopol-Alushta-Yalta, about the launch of the first city and highway trolleybus, and much more.
Young visitors will be interested to see the models of the tram and trolleybus, as well as to see what Simferopol looked like 30, 40, 50 and 100 years ago.
