Installed in the memory of the famous sea-scape painter Ivan Aivazovsky, a native of Theodosia. It was opened in 2004. The composition consists of the figure of a woman who holds a shell in her hand. Water flows from it into the bowl, from which it flows into the pool. The sculpture is crowned by an arcade, on which is written "To great Aivazovsky and his students − the grateful Theodosia". The names of the students are also listed there: Fessler, Latry, Hansen, Lagorio.
