This Orthodox Christian church with a three-tier bell tower is located in central Alushta. Built in the 19th century, it was modelled on England's rural churches. Chief architect George Torricelli opted for a design typical of Catholic churches, including the tapering shape of the bell tower, lancet windows and doorways and stained glass. The main part of the church has a square shape. The church was partly destroyed after the 1917 Revolution and restored in the late 20th century.
