Ilya Selvinsky Museum House

The Ilya Selvinsky Museum House (the literature and memorial department of the Taurida Central Museum) is the first literature museum in Simferopol. The collection with over 5,000 documents, books and personal belongings is dedicated to the life and art of Ilya Selvinsky, an outstanding poet of the first half of the 20th century. The chronological and thematic order of the exhibits shows events of the 20th century while narrating the life of the poet who played an important role in Soviet literature.
