• July 7 and 21: The Poisoned Tunic. This is based on the play by Nikolai Gumilyov. Real historical figures will appear before the public – Justinian, the Emperor of the East Roman Empire, whose power is deteriorated by diseases, Empress Theodora, the former circus performer and priestess of Phryne, an Arab poet, warrior and wanderer Imr el-Kais. Actors of the Sevastopol Lunacharsky Academic Russian Drama Theater will show what morals prevailed at the court of the Byzantium ruler at the beginning of the 6th century AD. The personal drama of the play characters will become fatal for them, and the atmosphere of the ancient polis will immerse the audience both in the events on the stage and in that long gone era. This performance has already become a classic in the repertoire of the Summer Evenings in Chersonese.
  • July 11: Women in the People's Assembly. The comedy raises the question of the place and role of women in the family, everyday life and the state governing, and, of course, shows their relationship with men. According to the plot, disfranchised women in Athens, seeing how unwisely their husbands govern the polis, decided to take power into their own hands. The performance is based on the play of the same name by the ancient Greek comedian Aristophanes, which was first shown to the audience as far back as in 392 BC.
  • July 12 and 26: Trojan War. The Start. This is another work of the Lunacharsky theater actors. The heroes of the tragedy by Euripides will appear before the public. The events leading up to the siege of Troy will unfold on the stage. According to the plot, Iphigenia, the beloved daughter of Agamemnon, the king of Argos and Mycenae, is forced to sacrifice herself to Artemis so that the ships of the Achaeans successfully sail from the harbor of Aulis. The actors will convey the tension that prevailed in the camp of the Achaeans before the start of the legendary campaign, and show what sacrifices the heroes are sometimes forced to make for the interests of the state.
  • July 13 and 27: The Trojan War is Over! This is the premiere performance of the current theatrical season in Chersonese. It is a continuation of the previous play. The Lunacharsky theater actors will tell how that legendary war ended and who was its last victim.
  • July 14: He, She and Rose. This play was staged by the Honored Actor of Ukraine Yevgenia Gordiyenko, inspired by the image of the “changeable rose” (Rosa mutabilis) from Dona Rosita, Maiden, or the Language of Flowers, the work by Federico Garcia Lorca. In the performance of the Sevastopol Yelizárov Academic Dance Theater, two story lines are revealed:  the main characters, He and She, will tell the story of their relationship using the expressive means of choreography, and the Rose, which has become a symbol of their love, will go through a full life cycle in one evening − from bud to the last petal.
  • July 18: Very Romantic Comedy. This performance is an alternate history of Romeo and Juliet in which the families do not feud with each other. However, everything is not so simple, because in order to pair their children, fathers play the role of sworn enemies, and at some point this "performance" gets out of control. The production, based on The Romantics, Edmond Rostand's play, is filled with humor and irony. Stylization "like Italy" − the costumes and make-up that came from the commedia dell’arte, musical arrangement, acting techniques in the style of a street theater make the production unforgettable.
  • July 20: Crimean Pearl concert program. The Chamber Orchestra of the Crimean State Philharmonic will perform for the guests. The enchanting sound of a variety of instruments, masterpieces of classical music, the exceptional skill of the performers − all this will be given in the concert.
  • July 25: Argentine Tango Cafe. Choreographic performance by actors of the Yelizárov Dance Theater will take the audience to Buenos Aires at the beginning of the 20th century, where couples dance in the evenings in one of the cafes. Each of them is a separate love story about a unique story of acquaintance. Here, men compete for the attention of a woman in a passionate tango to the music of the outstanding composer Astor Piazzolla.

Events start time is 08:00 p.m. Spectators admitted to the Antique Theater from 07:30 p.m.
