The #Novemberfest wine and food festival will not take place this autumn. The event has been postponed to next year. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of Crimea.
It is noted that at the moment the possibility of holding an event on New Year's holidays is under consideration. In this case, all precautions will apply in accordance with the current requirements of Rospotrebnadzor (Russian Consumer Protection Authority).
"We hope that the epidemiological situation will allow us to use the new format of the wine and food festival on the New Year holidays, of course, in compliance with all the requirements of Rospotrebnadzor and with the approval of all specialized departments. Though in a slightly modified format, with a large number of sites, allowing the audience to be maximally dispersed over numerous locations", — said the head of the Ministry Vadim Volchenko.
#Novemberfest is one of the most significant autumn events in Crimea. Traditionally, it took place at the beginning of November and used to bring together the wine farms of the region. Last year, the key event of the festival took place on the territory of the Massandra winery and attracted 12 thousand guests. In 2019, #Novemberfest won first place in the final of the National Event Tourism − Russian Event Awards.
