Ak-Kaya Mount also known as White Rock will be the place of the event. The balloon festival will be held here on August 22-25. 

"There will be many balloons, free and tethered flights, night lighting and even contest of aerostat pilots.  Flights will take place under the following weather conditions:  no precipitation and the wind speed not more than 4 meters per second,"− the organizers told us.

Yalta
On the first day, as well as on the last two days of the festival, morning and evening free balloon flights are planned. On the second and third days, such flights will take place in the morning. And in the evening it is planned to raise balloons on ropes and their lighting. The official closing of the festival and presentation of diplomas to the winners of the pilot contest are planned on August 24.
