In the town of Sudak you can see exotic reptiles and some of the most poisonous inhabitants of the fauna from different parts of the world. On the territory of the crocodile farm there are various species of crocodiles, iguanas, monitor lizards, snakes, toads, land and amphibious turtles, scorpions, agamas, as well as foxes.
A small but stunningly picturesque lake is near Alupka right at the foot of the Shaan Kaya rock. You can get there by car or take a walk through the forest along the fantastical heaps of fallen rocks. The road takes no more than one and a half kilometres (less than 5000 ft.).
The most spectacular part of the Golitsyn Trail is the initial stretch. Stonemasons cut a horizontal trail into the rock above the sea. If you look down, you see a precipice into the sea, and if you look up, you see a precipice into the sky.
