It was founded in 1819 with the money raised by the parish and local landowners and built in ten years in the style of classicism. The church basement is in the shape of an equilateral Greek cross and there is a large hemispherical dome in the center.
History and cultureTo the "Good genius" FountainInstalled in the memory of the famous sea-scape painter Ivan Aivazovsky, a native of Theodosia. It was opened in 2004. The composition consists of the figure of a woman who holds a shell in her hand. Water flows from it into the bowl, from which it flows into the pool.

Guided tours and wine tastings are organized on the estate.
