Officers and civilians from all over Russia with their spouses annually become participants in the ball: the best officers of the Black Sea Navy with their spouses, married couples from all the navies of the country: the Baltic, Pacific and the Northern Navies, as well as from the Caspian flotilla, civilians who cherish the traditions of high Russian culture, continuity of generations and sincere love for their Fatherland.
In 2018 the event became a new important milestone − it received the International status. For the first time representatives of 10 countries took part in it. They were military attaches with their spouses from Armenia, Brazil, Cameroon, Congo, Guinea, Rwanda, Syria, Uganda, Venezuela and Zimbabwe. In 2019 there were guests from 15 foreign countries, including participants from France, Germany and Switzerland.
