Corresponding amendments were made to the Decree on high readiness, the press service of the Head of the Republic of Crimea reported.

"From March 7, admission is allowed without presenting a vaccination certificate or a QR code to restaurants, cafés, canteens, bars, snack bars, buffets, food courts and other similar outlets, beauty salons, hairdressers, spas, massage parlors, solaria, baths, saunas, swimming pools, fitness centers, cinemas (cinema halls), theatres, libraries, museums, circuses, walking and bus tours," the press service informed.

In addition, it is allowed from March 7 to book and stay in hotels and health resorts in Crimea without having an anti-Covid QR code. Hostels are reopening. And catering outlets are allowed to work without restrictions on time and number of seats. 

From March 7 it is again possible to hold entertainment events (in entertainment centers and other similar establishments, including those for children), receive visitors in karaoke clubs, hookahs, nightclubs and dance halls.

"The Decree cancelled the requirements for verification of certificates for visitors to public places, restrictions on the organization of cultural and leisure events in theaters, cinemas, circuses, concert organizations, cultural and leisure places, excursion services in museums," the press service added.
