This mountain on the southern coast of Crimea, on the boundary of Greater Alushta and Greater Yalta rises 577 m above sea level. It looks like a huge bear lying on the beach. From the top of the Bear Mountain, you can admire the majestic views of Partenit and Yalta. The area abounds in ancient archaeological landmarks, including the remains of a fortress wall and a variety of religious buildings. There is a version that the name Ayu-Dag derives from Ayia-Dag (Holy Mountain).
